POWER GOLF ACADEMY
The Power Golf Academy is a golf fitness and swing performance program for golfers seeking to improve their swing mechanics and physical mobility, balance, strength, and speed!
Along with improving your golf fitness the Power Golf Academy will also improve your swing techniques by targeting key power moves within the golf swing to hit the ball further and more consistently.
The Power Academy runs from January - March meeting weekly for 11 sessions. The program begins and ends with a comprehensive power assessment measuring your power and speed gains and has nine weeks of golf circuit training with over 40+ prescribed exercises and drills. Students receive all golf circuit materials for continued training outside the program.
Proven Results: Each participant in the Power Golf Academy gains on average 5 mph club speed, 20+ yards of distance for every clubs, & a 15% increase in total body power and 34% increase in range of motion.
