Where do you start your improvement process?

  • Everyone starts with a New Student Assessment. During an NSA we sit down and learn about you, your game, and your golf goals. Following our initial interview, we assess all parts of your game including golf fitness, equipment, putting, short game, and long game measured with Trackman and Onform video. We then analyze this information to create a customized improvement plan to meet your goals!

Do lessons or simulator credits expire?

  • Yes, we see the best success for our students to follow their improvement plan schedule set with the instructor. This allows improvements to be implemented systematically for long-term improvement. Lesson packages have expiration dates listed based on the size of the lesson package. We understand life and health changes can affect your lesson plans. If there are reasons why you cannot stick to the original lesson plan, lesson packages may be extended on a case-by-case basis. 

How to book an appointment

  1. Click the Book Now at the top of the page.
  2. Choose your service from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Select a date and time for your service.
  4. Click Book Service at the bottom of the booking page.
  5. Login with your username and password or Register Now to create your own profile.
  6. Complete the payment process and submit.

How to cancel an appointment

  1. Click Book Now at the top of the Level Up webpage.
  2. Select Login at the top of the booking page.
  3. Click the toggle icon in the upper left-hand corner of your profile and select Appointments.
  4. Select the appointment you want to cancel and click the Cancel Appointment button.

Booking Policies

At Level Up Golf Academy, we strive to provide a seamless scheduling experience and we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies:

  1. Lessons and club fittings are available 60 days in advance and booked at least 24 hours ahead of the time of service.
  2. Simulator rentals are available 2 weeks in advance and booked at least 6 hours ahead of the time of service.
  3. Appointment Cancellations must be performed online by messaging a Level Up staff member within 24 hours of service. If you cancel the day of your appointment or no-call no-show you’re ineligible for a refund. Rescheduling your appointment is allowed and request as much advance notice as possible. Rescheduling requires at least 24-hour notice.
  4. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you!
